2. What this website is.
This website presents information about HORIZON CREST Limited, a business-consulting firm, and general financial information on topics such as credit-card debt, minimum payments, debt consolidation, instalment repayment, second-tier lending, debt restructuring, bankruptcy, credit ratings, SME financing and owner loans. It is a general information source only.
3. What this website is not.
- Not an offer to provide, or a solicitation to obtain, any regulated financial service.
- Not investment, tax, legal, lending, or property advice.

4. No client relationship.

5. Consultation and fees.
An initial consultation may be arranged free of charge. Any paid engagement is agreed privately and set out in writing beforehand. HORIZON CREST Limited does not charge clients any fee for procuring, negotiating or applying for a loan.
6. Specialist introductions.
Where HORIZON CREST Limited introduces a Principal to a specialist, the engagement is between the Principal and that specialist directly. HORIZON CREST Limited is not a party to that engagement, does not warrant its outcome, and does not receive commissions from the Principal for the introduction.
7. Accuracy of information.
We aim to keep information accurate but do not warrant that it is complete or suitable for your circumstances. Case studies are illustrative; calculation examples use assumed figures; laws, schemes and policies may change.
8. User responsibilities.
You agree to provide accurate information, not to misuse our forms, not to interfere with the website, and never to disclose online-banking passwords, PINs, CVV codes or one-time passwords to anyone.
9. Third-party services and external links.
This website uses WhatsApp, email links, Google Fonts and Google Maps, and may link to third-party sites provided for convenience. HORIZON CREST Limited is not responsible for their content or practices.
